We are all born into a culture and this influences the way we see the world. Each cultural perspective is valid and needs to be respected.

Every culture has its own dimensions with richness and complexity, strengths and stresses.

Cultural characteristics are generalisations not absolutes and can vary in different regions or in different parts of the world. Those who relate to a cultural heritage are usually given strength by it. Some aspects of a culture may not not always be helpful.
